• Warranty items are only for watches priced at 100,000 yen or more; the warranty period is 12 months. There is no warranty on the exterior. Please note that bags, accessories, and jewelry are not covered by the warranty.
A repair during the warranty period will take approximately 1 to 1.5 months to process, so please understand this in advance. Additionally, returns are not accepted for customer convenience.
