・Since we also sell products in our physical store, if an item is sold out, we might cancel your order without prior notice. In that case, we will inform you the next business day.
The physical store is open year-round.

・As we also sell on other sites, items may become out of stock unexpectedly. Please understand this beforehand.

・If you order a product in stock at the physical store, delivery may take longer than usual. Please understand this in advance.

・If the product is out for inspection, it may take around two weeks for delivery, so please be aware of that.

・Warranty applies only to products that cost over 100,000 yen, and the period is 12 months. There is no warranty on the exterior. Please note that bags, accessories, and jewelry are not covered by the warranty.
Repairs during the warranty period are handled by our craftsmen, and the lead time is approximately 1 to 1.5 months, so please be aware of that.
Also, returns for customer convenience are not accepted, so please take note.

Due to the nature of our products, we prevent fraudulent use in advance. If you place an order using a credit card, we will confirm your information with the credit card company through Yahoo.
