• The colors and textures of the products may differ from the actual item depending on your monitor's settings.
• As the item is also available for sale in-store, there may be scratches or stains not reflected in the pictures or descriptions.
• Since items are sold in our physical store, products ordered after 6 PM or on our regular closing days may be out of stock at the store.
In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. We will notify you the next business day.

• We also sell on other platforms, so the item may be out of stock.
• Orders for items available in-store may take longer to deliver than usual.
• Please note that it may take approximately 2 weeks to deliver your order if the item is currently being displayed.

• Warranty covers only watches priced at 100,000 yen or more, for a period of 12 months. No warranty is provided for exterior damage. Note that bags, accessories, and jewelry are not covered by warranty.
Repairs within the warranty period will be processed by our craftsmen, with an expected delivery time of approximately 1 month to 1.5 months.
Additionally, we do not accept returns due to customer convenience.

To prevent unauthorized use due to the nature of the products, we confirm customer information with the credit card company via Yahoo.

● Attribute verification is a check to see if the customer information matches that registered with the credit card company. This is different from card approval (authorization).

The attribute verification may take approximately 1 to 7 business days, so please understand it may not be possible to deliver on your desired date.
If you need urgent orders, please select payment methods like bank transfer, convenience store, or PayPay balance.
