・Warrantied items are only those valued at 100,000 yen or more, and the warranty period is 12 months. There is no warranty for the exterior. Please note that bags, small items, gems are not covered by warranty. Maintenance within the warranty period is handled by our artisan, and the delivery time is approximately 1 month to 1.5 months, so thank you for your understanding. Additionally, we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience, so please be advised.

To prevent unauthorized use due to the nature of the product, if you place an order by credit card, we will confirm attributes with your credit card company through Yahoo.
