・Because we also sell at our physical store, minor scratches or dirt not shown in the photos or description may occur. Thank you for your understanding.
・As we also sell at real stores, items ordered after our regular closing hour may sell out, leading to order cancellations. Please note that notifications regarding this will occur the next business day.
Our physical store is open all year round.

・We also sell on other sites, so items may sell out. Please understand ahead of time.

・If you order in-stock items from our physical store, delivery may take longer than usual, please be aware.

・If items are on display, please allow approximately two weeks for delivery.

・Warranty extended products only apply to watches priced over 100,000 yen (including tax). Warranty period is 12 months. There is no warranty for outer casing. Bags, small items, and jewelry are not covered under warranty.
Repairs during warranty will be managed by our in-house artisans, and delivery will take approximately 1 to 1.5 months, please understand. We will not accept returns based on customer convenience.

In order to prevent unauthorized use due to the nature of the product, we perform attribute checks with credit card companies through Yahoo for orders made via credit card.

● Attribute checks confirm whether the orderer's information matches the information registered with the credit card company. This is different from card authorization.

Attribute checks may take approximately 1 to 7 business days, so your desired delivery date may not be met. Please understand. For urgent orders, please choose payment methods like bank transfer, convenience store, or PayPay balance.
