From Order to Delivery

1. Order => Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
2. Order Confirmation => After your order, we will send you an order confirmation email.
3. Stock Check => Domestic stock: shipped within 2 to 10 business days. Overseas stock: delivery in about 2 weeks.
Please note that used items will be maintained before shipment.
Also, as items may be sold simultaneously on other marketplaces, we will contact you promptly in case of stock out.
4. Payment Confirmation => If you choose a prepayment option, we will arrange for delivery after confirming your payment.
5. Shipping => We will ship as soon as the delivery preparation is complete. Details regarding the shipping company, tracking number, etc. will be sent via email.
6. Arrival => The product will arrive 1 to 3 days after shipping.
Please be aware that delivery may be delayed to remote islands, Hokkaido, and Okinawa.
For initial defects due to shocks during delivery, we will respond with exchanges or refunds. Please contact us via email within 5 days of product arrival.
