■ Used Mobile Phone Warranty and Return Policy

★ Regarding remote call lock on mobile phones (red ROM)
In the unlikely event that a 'remote call lock' is activated, we will accept returns for refunds even outside the warranty period (provided you have the delivery slip, warranty, and receipt; otherwise, we will decline).
When a lock occurs, data in the mobile phone cannot be saved or transferred.
We are unable to provide refunds exceeding the purchase price or other compensation, so please understand.

■ Junk Items
No warranty is provided, and returns cannot be accepted.

■ Regarding software installed after purchasing our products
If you wish to return, software, apps, or data purchased separately will not be covered by our store; please understand.
Issues arising from OS updates or software installations post-purchase are not covered by the warranty.

■ Regarding B-CAS Cards for TVs and Recorders
If not specified in the included accessories or special notes on the product page, a B-CAS card is not included.
