■Our store operates a physical location in Nipponbashi, Osaka.
Some of the products listed online are also available for purchase in the store.
Therefore, if an online order and a physical store purchase occur simultaneously, the store sale will be prioritized.
Please note that the automatic confirmation email from Yahoo! Auctions does not constitute a formal order.
If any abnormalities or defects are confirmed before shipment, we may request a cancellation (except for junk items).

■We do not accept reservations or holds for products.
We also do not accept shipping date requests more than one week in advance.
Please check the contents upon delivery within one week; we cannot respond after that.
The delivery date will be the start date of the warranty.

■Warranty Period for Used Products
Will be either 3 months, 1 month, or 10 days.
We cannot accept repairs at our store. Please understand.
As batteries are consumables, they are not covered by warranty.
If a fault occurs under normal usage within the warranty period, please contact our store first, and send back all included items 'freight collect.' If we can confirm the defect or fault, we will issue a refund.
Returns will not be accepted without the "proof of payment" issued at the time of purchase.
(This is not applicable at other stores in the Joshin chain.)

■Used Mobile Phones Warranty and Return Policy
We cannot accept repairs at our store. Please understand.

★About mobile phone remote call locks (red ROM)
If a "remote call lock" or similar terminal lock occurs, we will still accept returns and issue a refund, even if it is outside the warranty period. (Returns will not be accepted without the delivery note, warranty, and receipt.)
Locking will prevent saving or transferring data on the mobile phone.
We cannot guarantee compensation exceeding the purchase price or any compensation other than refunds, so please understand.

■Junk Items
There is no warranty. We cannot accept returns.

■About software installed after purchase
We cannot guarantee any software, apps, or data that you have purchased separately at the time of return; please understand.
Any issues arising from OS updates or software installations after purchase will not be covered by warranty.

■About B-CAS cards for TVs and recorders
Unless stated in the accessories or special notes on this product page, B-CAS cards are not included.
(You will need to purchase it separately. Please refer to the guide included with the product.)

■User Registration
We do not support manufacturer user registration for used products.

■Warranty
A warranty will be included with used products, listing the product name (valid only at Joshin Nipponbashi.).
(This does not apply to junk items.)

Please kindly check the "Spam" folder if you do not receive our confirmation email about orders or emails regarding product delivery.

■To Mobile Email Users
